I’m a counsellor with a Master’s Degree in Psychology and certification in Trauma and Addiction Counselling. I’m deeply passionate about helping individuals navigate emotional pain, and personal transformation. My approach is grounded in trauma-informed care and draws on inner child healing, shadow work, and somatic awareness.
I believe that healing is not linear, and that meaningful growth often begins when we choose to turn toward our pain rather than away from it.
I offer counselling in Sandton and online, with a focus on grief, trauma, relationship conflicts, and inner child healing.
Trauma Counselling
